Duty of Care

The principal of Duty of Care places a responsibility on waste producers, carriers and disposers to ensure that waste is dealt with in accordance with current legislation. Waste producers must ensure that waste arising from their premises is handled by a registered waste carrier and is treated and disposed of at a licensed facility.

Irish Waste Services is a registered waste carrier. We operate our own fleet of specialist vehicles. Our facilities are licensed to accept and process a wide range of waste types.
